We ship to most of Canada. You may return merchandise within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund as long as the original receipt is included, and all tags are still attached.

Return Instructions
You may return merchandise within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund as long as the original receipt is included, and all tags are still attached. If there is no damage and the hang tags are still on the garment(s) or other Merchandise with the exception of panties or earrings. Panties, earrings are not returnable. A full refund—less the non-refundable initial shipping and handling fees and any applicable taxes paid on the shipping and handling fees—is issued to the payment method used for purchase. You are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us, but we recommend that you use a prepaid, insured, traceable method to send your package. The Return Form (original packing slip) must be included in your package. Your return will be processed within 8-10 business days and your payment method will show the credit in one to two billing cycles.  The Shop Downtown does not offer exchanges, so we recommend that you return the merchandise that you don’t want and then place a new order online for the items that you would like. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get merchandise on its way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
